Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Hentz has been practicing in Fort Worth, Texas for more than 15 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Prairie View A&M University and her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry.
She provides medical ophthalmic care for patients with eye diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetes.
She also provides routine and comprehensive eye examinations for glasses and contact lens prescriptions for adults and children. She has a passion for service and providing excellence in vision care for all.
She enjoys fitting a variety of contact lenses, including specialty contact lenses such as OrthoK, scleral lenses, and rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses. Dr. Hentz has extensive knowledge and interest in dry eye, ocular allergies, cataract management, and refractive surgery such as LASIK.
Dr. Hentz enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three children. In her free time, she loves running, reading, and serving in the community.
Dr. Marilyn Vu completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin (hook ’em!) with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biology and Business Foundations Certificate. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry.
Along with primary care optometry, Dr. Vu has honed her skills through clinical rotations at a Dallas community eye clinic and a private practice in Austin, where she gained experience with myopia management, diagnosing and managing ocular diseases, fitting specialty contact lenses, and performing post-operative care.
In her downtime, Dr. Vu enjoys exploring new baking recipes and unwinding with her friends and family. She brings that same care and attention to her role as an optometrist, providing tailored, comprehensive eye care to every patient.
Dr. LaTorian King completed her Doctorate degree at the Puerto Rico College of Optometry.
Dr. King enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and informed during their eye exams.
Outside of clinic, she enjoys spending time with her cat and family and playing video games.
